The Pels Law Firm is proud to announce that on October 16, 2026, the Court entered a Final Approval Order of the Class Action Settlement Agreement entered into resolving claims alleging that Just4Veterans LLC charged unlawful fees to veterans in connection with claims for U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (“VA”) disability benefits. The settlement is entered into on behalf of the Certified Class which includes U.S. military veterans who have been charged a fee by Just4Veterans LLC in connection with their VA disability claim(s). Defendants deny all allegations of wrongdoing and liability and have entered into the proposed settlement solely to avoid the expense, burden, and uncertainty of continued litigation.
The approved Settlement Agreement provides relief to Class Members through: (i) discharge of any alleged debts to Just4Veterans in connection with VA Benefits Services, without the need to opt-in or file a claim; (ii) a $750,000 common fund available to eligible claimants who timely filed a claim; and (iii) Just4Veterans ceasing to provide VA Benefits Services.
