The Pels Law firm is very proud of our trial team this past week. We had a 5-day jury trial in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, MD. A big win for our health care services client defeating the lion’s share of a lawsuit with what I will say involved questionable billing practices by the Plaintiff in the millions of dollars. Special hat tip to Nina Basu who was lead trial counsel and Al Llosa who sat second chair. Rounding out the trial team was Jesus Zelaya, who handled a direct exam for his first time in front of jury, and our newest attorney to the Pels Law Firm, Jason Barnes.
